Kaden at 6 months

Kaden is a beautiful baby, he looks like a doll with his big bright eyes and great skin.  Kaden was 6 months old and almost sitting up, for texture we propped him in an old wash tub and set him behind a shed with the water pipe.  The pipe doesn't show up in all of the photos but one image is an environmental photo showing off a little more of the wall.  

Kaden's mom and dad told me he is now sitting up and crawling!  This little guy is why I now have a family, babies, and kids photo website that is on it's way.  I photographed his mom and dad's wedding and they loved the photos so much that they didn't leave.  This is becoming a common trend with our wedding couples and I feel honored. Marco and I appreciate that you guys are not only referring friends to us but that you continue to use our services.  

Crystal and Adam's Wedding

Crystal and Adam had a beautiful classic wedding.  The couple traveled from Seattle to Lenexa, Kansas to get married.  What seemed really traditional turned into something fun and unique.  Marco and I have always strived to make every wedding unique and we don't have to work too hard since every couple that we get to know has their own style and story.  Adam and Crystal's wedding is published and in stores this month, the story was written by Amy Passetto, Editor of the Wall Street Journal.  Thank you guys...Março and I are going to have to stay in touch and get up to Seattle sometime.  I still want to do your trash the dress session in the Olympic National Forest up there.  I know that it is a little jaunt from where you live but a day trip would be fun.  I have been wanting to get back to Seattle and hit Portland Oregon to see Marco's grandma.  Don't be strangers so far away we love you guys and dancing at your wedding was really fun.  Thank you!  If anyone is getting married in Portland and needs a photographer look us up, we do travel. :)

Sara's High Fashion Bridal Portraits

Sara's High Fashion Bridal Portraits were a lot of fun.  These types of photo shoots have become really popular with my brides.  We do High Fashion Bridal Portraits for anyone, you don't have to book a wedding to get amazing portraits.   I was asked to write an article with KC Wedding Ideas about tips on High Fashion Bridal Portraits and Sara's pictures are featured in the article and on the cover of the magazine.  Thank you Sara, you are a beautiful girl and a new found friend.  Sara also did things her way: she brought her dog.  It was a nice added touch. The Magazine is out this month you can get them at your local Hy-Vee in the flower department.

Zephyn's First Year

I Love Zephyn.  He is a charmer with amazing facial expressions.  He had never finger painted before these photos.  He liked it. :)  With his mommy and grandma there we had lots of smiles for his 1 year photographs.  

These photos where taken on overland park Kansas with the help of an amazing builder who let me set up studio in one of his fabulous homes.  These where taken with natural light and totally rock.  I love natural light!!!  First birthdays should be a little messy.

Jessica and Brian

I had so much fun with Jessica and Brian.  They had just booked their wedding and wanted to send out save the date cards.  These image were taken in the crossroads district of Kansas City (KC) I loved Jessica's red hair she inspired me, we played with color.  The photos turned out lively and fun!
